I personally like to use it as a roller bottle mix. Simply add 30 drops of this mixture to a 10 mL roller bottle and fill the rest with almond oil. Roll on your wrists, feet, temples, and the back of your neck.
How to use: Add essential oil to the ultrasonic diffuser. If using a cold diffuser, take 10x this mixture in a 15ml glass bottle and run for 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed.
Alternatively, you can put the diluted mixture in a roller bottle, apply it to the palm of your hand while sleeping, and take 3-5 deep breaths into your stomach.
