“The government needs to implement the anti-corruption law unconditionally,” said Preeb Cole, executive director of Transparency International Cambodia. “You need to strengthen your audit and research system to increase accountability. Third, promote enforcement of corruption-related crimes. There is no hope of progress if there is only political rhetoric and threats without serious action.”
