The iX is BMW’s flagship electric SUV, and although the car is compact, it has a range of 380 miles. Admittedly, the design of the iX is divisive but there is no reason to argue when it comes to the tremendous potential.
Although the iX is a 2.4-tonne SUV, its performance figures are about what you’d expect from a BMW. Even the less powerful xDrive40 accelerates from 0-62 km/h in 6.1 seconds, while the xDrive50 drops to 4.6 seconds this time. Both versions have a top speed of 124 km/h.
