The indoor tunnel is easy for families with strollers and is a unique feature of water resorts – no need to walk outside in the cold. Also, my kids think this trail is adventurous when we go to the indoor water park.
The highlight here, which unfortunately is not available for children who do not meet the weight / height requirements (at least 50 inches and 115 pounds): the Fly’n Mayan water coaster. If you have little ones who are too young to ride, be sure to take turns so that adults and teenagers can experience this noisy slide. It is interesting even in the summer months in this water park. The line is so short when it’s hot outside!

Although Chula Vista’s indoor water park isn’t huge, it does have some fun features, including a lazy river. But mostly we like this property as a total resort experience that offers balance and relaxation to your vacation.

It offers an adventure-like adventure with an African safari theme that greets you as you climb to the top – giant elephant sculptures and jungle music in the cul-de-sac. This property reminds me of a Disney house – maybe a smaller, more whimsical cousin.

The Screamin’ Hyena is Mom’s favorite slide on the property. It gives me a chance to prove to my teenagers that mommy “has some moxie.” I fearlessly entered the trap door slide and plunged! This is a high-adrenaline slide that will make your heart beat in your ears before the countdown to the opening of the trap door, if your rushing blood and white hours are not enough!
Laser tag is open to kids younger than other courses and allows our little ones to run around competing with kids and adults. It was a popular place for our family to end each day.
The Great Karoo Marketplace Buffet is a great dining option with interesting seating options for a buffet style restaurant (also reminded me of the Disney dining experience.)
